I have to admit that the path was very challenging, especially in the 7 km climb seamlessly that we faced at the start to the King of the Mountains and then back down to the other side of the mountain peak with 8.5 miles of downhill!

As usual I am left home, taking the super descent that brings me to my house in no time at Salitona (note the capital S) that leads to St. Stephen, with great difficulty breathing and clenched teeth are able to reach the top without stop running, then continue in the small village Granarola towards the road and sunny with a slight downhill that makes you want to push a bit 'but not too much because I did not know what to expect because I wanted to try a new location with a nice climb (the one that leads to Granarola passing near the cemetery). What fun! Tonight was just a fun run! The route was not too challenging, I opted for the tried and tested path that runs along the highway in both directions.

There are no words to describe the subtle pleasure of fatigue, the pleasure of being kissed by the sun, tickled by the wind in the afternoon. In short, the pleasure of being alive, to feel the controls of a perfect body in each of a fault.
