Good evening, dear friends and readers runners, it is with great joy that I return to write the blog of my adventures on the runner.

Boss Tonight I embarked on the advice of the circuit Granarola.

As usual I am left home, taking the super descent that brings me to my house in no time at Salitona (note the capital S) that leads to St. Stephen, with great difficulty breathing and clenched teeth are able to reach the top without stop running, then continue in the small village Granarola towards the road and sunny with a slight downhill that makes you want to push a bit 'but not too much because I did not know what to expect because I wanted to try a new location with a nice climb (the one that leads to Granarola passing near the cemetery). A short stop at the fountain and then continue by ghetto until you reach via three bridges, goes along the railway line before returning to Santo Stefano Pieve Vecchia, and of course! The back was really hard, because that leg was a gentle and pleasant descent had now become a long and inexorable climb.
